How licensing works

SimplyWayfinding is normally licensed on a per-site or per-organisation basis, depending on the size and nature of the deployment.

Each deployment is configured to the physical environment it supports, including entrances, departments, routes, floors, lifts and other relevant wayfinding points.

Licensing is intended to support controlled operational use within the agreed deployment scope. It does not grant unrestricted redistribution, resale or reuse outside that agreed deployment.

Ownership and local control

SimplyWayfinding remains independently owned, developed and maintained.

A licence grants permission to use the platform within the agreed deployment scope. It does not transfer ownership of the platform, its design, software, branding or associated intellectual property.

Licensed organisations retain control of their local deployment information, including the site configuration, approved locations and operational input needed to keep routes accurate and useful.
